COVID-19 Swimming Guidelines

POOL REGISTRATION

As stated numerous times, the events and news surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and how federal, state, and local governments are handling regulations and recommendations are very fluid. As such, we are finally able to open our swimming pool. Because Erie County remains in the "yellow" phase of re-opening our state, this does place a number of restrictions on that process that have been verified through the Erie County Health Department. These restrictions will undoubtedly relax whenever Erie County moves to the "green" phase.

Due to COVID-19, visiting the pool will be different this summer. While we remain in the yellow, the following will be in place. All of the guidelines have been developed in accordance with local, state, and CDC regulations and recommendations to maintain the safety of our members and staff.

OTHER GOOD NEWS

The resurfacing of the hard tennis courts is being done as this email is being composed. There will be some time that the courts will need to sit before being used but this is a nice upgrade in the middle of what has been a very different start to the season.

Also, we seem to have found the solution to our phone system and voicemail woes and we can now operate as usual using the various extensions throughout the building.

Take out and delivery service remains Wednesdays through Sundays with adjusted hours now from Noon to 8 pm.

It feels as though we are beginning to return to a more normal summer season, and your continued patience as we move through this together is very much appreciated.

THANK YOU and STAY SAFE!
