2019 Erie's Choice Award Winner
Congratulations to Lake Shore Country Club for winning the 2019 Erie's Choice Award for Best Wedding Venue.
We all know that awards are not achieved without a lot of effort, teamwork, and dedication. Therefore, we want to acknowledge those who are behind the scenes making Lake Shore Country Club the most sought-out wedding venue in the Erie area.
Catering Director Lisa Wisniewski and her staff work diligently on every detail to make the weddings that are hosted at LSCC second to none. Assistant Catering Director, Jamie Vollant contributes time and planning skills that accent Lisa's efforts, while Banquet Captains work alongside servers, cooks, hosts and bussers to accomplish the high degree of satisfaction that it takes to be a leading venue for weddings and receptions. Chef Martin Firestone, Sous Chef Matt Mackrell and their staff are able to produce meals for 250 guests that are gourmet quality. It is not uncommon, also, to see General Manager, Jeff Wuenstel lending a hand with set-up or service when needed. With all of that hard work by the staff coupled with unequaled views of Lake Erie as a backdrop, the club was finally recognized by the community for what we have known for years...we are the Best Wedding Venue in the Erie area.
